• Thanks for using our services-We have player membership for the MSA platform, Players registering the tournaments that are hosted in this MSA platform, Tournament organizers-membership of the MSA platform for hosting the tournaments.

• Returns
• Players-If you are not satisfied with the offerings of the MSA platform, then the membership fees paid will be returned to you on a prorated basis within 30 days from the date of request made.
• If you have registered to a tournament that is hosted on the platform and you would like to withdraw your participation then if withdrawal options are made available to the players by the tournament organizers then your entire registration fees would be refunded within 7 working days after the tournament provided the tournament organizers confirms your withdrawals else MSA will wait till the tournament organizers provide the confirmation on your withdrawals.
• Tournament organizers/Infrastructure owners-If you are not satisfied with the offerings of the MSA platform, then the membership fees paid will be returned to you on a prorated basis within 30 days from the date of request made.
